Corns are filled with essential minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and zinc, your body needs these minerals daily. It will help you to fight against harmful bacteria and viruses by strengthening your immune system.

Corns are an excellent source of Lutein And Zeaxanthin.
What are Lutein and Zeaxanthin? It is two major carotenoids, which are pigments created by plants that give a yellowish and reddish hue to fruits and vegetables
How Lutein and Zeaxanthin help eyes? in the macula, Lutein and Zeaxanthin block the blue light from entering the underlying structures in the retina and it reduces the risk of light-induced oxidative damage that could lead to AMD ( macular degeneration ).

If you are not getting enough carbs per day, add corns in your diet.
