Who else wants beautiful rounded butt? No matter what if you wear a tight dress, or you are in a bikini, guys will turn around to check your rear.
Some lucky girls naturally come with well-shaped buttocks, and with a little work they can make their glutes perfect.
But do not be afraid if you are not in that group. To my beautiful ladies out there TomBoy Fitness centre is here to give you all the tips on how to achieve a round butt/glute and also increase your ass/bum to a bigger size if thats what you prefer. There are excellent butt workouts for women you can do at home with or without equipment. If you have 20-30 minutes or less 3-4 times a week, you can transform your flat bum into something beautiful.
Time: 30 minutes
Equipment: Mat
Good for: Butt
Instructions: Choose two bilateral (both legs) exercises and two unilateral (single leg) exercises and pair them together for one workout. Complete four sets of five reps with heavier weights for the bilateral exercises, and complete four sets of 10 reps with lighter weights for the unilateral exercises. Once you’ve completed all sets of one move, continue to the next.
